Love For You - Chapter 21
Chapter 21: The Slaughterer and the Fish
The man’s lips were neither gentle nor sharp, but possessed a carnal weight. As they landed on her cool cheeks, they were burning and soft. His movements were frantic and rough, devoid of any gentlemanly conduct; instead, he was like a beast hungry for blood and prey, desperate to stake his claim on his territory. Outside the car window, the torrential rain pattered on, isolating them from the world. Each heavy drop drummed against Miao Jing’s skin and heart—a chaotic, long-awaited turbulence that stirred up a thousand ripples. Her breathing grew rapid as she fought to suppress her reaction. His feverish kisses teased her cheeks before drifting to her lips, where he broke through without hesitation, charging in with aggressive momentum to pillage her breath and saliva. The sharp, bitter scent of tobacco acted like shackles she could not shake off, leaving Miao Jing’s entire body limp and her eyes aching, until her limbs turned stiff and numb.
Struggling for air, Miao Jing trembling raised her hand and struck Chen Yi hard across the face.
The sound echoed too sharply inside the cabin. Caught in the throes of passion, Chen Yi froze for a moment, struck by the pain. He lifted his dark, fierce eyes to stare at her fragile, delicate face and her teary, autumn-hued eyes. Almost instinctively, he dragged Miao Jing from the passenger seat to the driver's side. Miao Jing was uprooted, her fair feet dragging against the car seat as she collided with him. She frantically shouted Chen Yi’s name, but in a blink, she was hauled into the cramped space of the driver's seat, collapsing onto the hard, tobacco-scented man.
“Chen Yi! Chen Yi!! Have you lost your mind?!”
Finger marks remained on his cheek. His breathing was even more rapid than the rain outside, and his eyes were bright with madness. Stirred by his intensity, Miao Jing felt her body and mind unravel. She tumbled crookedly onto him, her hands pounding and clawing at him. Before she could say another word, Chen Yi gave a casual twist, and Miao Jing found herself sitting on his lap like a doll, face-to-face with him. Seeing his unruly, smoldering eyes, she grew furious and swung her hand, wanting to strike him again. Chen Yi seemed to chuckle, suddenly catching her slender wrists—he easily pinned both her hands behind her back, pressing them against the steering wheel until she was as immobile as a marionette.
Water streamed down the windows like a curtain. In such a narrow, enclosed space and in such an intimate, lewd position, there was no blushing, no panic, and no confusion; there were only two pairs of beautiful, glowing eyes locked firmly onto each other.
“Let go of me.”
Miao Jing frowned and rebuked him. Her coat slipped from her shoulders, and the wide collar of her knit sweater exposed a large expanse of snow-white, smooth skin on her neck and chest. Her slender waist heaved with her breathing, and her skirt draped over him. Sitting astride his lap, she could feel the straight, taut lines of his thigh muscles.
“I won’t.”
His gaze was ruthless, and his words were just as hard. Looking at her crimson lips, his eyes darkened further, and he leaned in to demand another kiss.
Miao Jing jerked her chin up, dodging his lips, and gasped for air with her fragile, delicate neck arched.
His kisses landed on the slender, white curve of her swan-like neck.
To him, kissing her anywhere was a form of gratification. His scalding lips pressed against her, and with a sense of retaliatory pleasure, he nipped and sucked at her sensitive, delicate skin. It was moist and warm, leaving behind a trail of pale marks. Miao Jing trembled violently, squirming to dodge under his restraint. Her cold exterior was on the verge of shattering as she whispered in a trembling voice, “Chen Yi, don’t go too far. I have a boyfriend.”
His kisses slid to her collarbone, his lips and teeth lingering to suck on the protruding, slender bone, biting gently. Her body shuddered violently, and even his hoarse voice shook as he replied, “You have a boyfriend and you still dare to come near me? You have a boyfriend and you don’t know how to draw a line between us? Do you not know who I am?”
His fuzzy, large head nuzzled against her chest like a steaming-hot beast, and everywhere his kisses touched, her skin flushed a light, peach-blossom red.
In this situation, her capacity to resist was completely nonexistent. The slaughterer was already holding the knife, and she was the fish on the block.
“Chen Yi.” Miao Jing struggled to maintain her clarity, her cold words squeezed through her teeth. “Don’t touch me… You have a girlfriend too. You have women lining up waiting for you to sleep with them.”
“We broke up. And I didn't sleep with them.”
He kissed her again and again, just as fragrant and sweet as in her memories. His prickly short hair made her entire body itch and shudder; she shook like a cold leaf in the wind.
“You’re the one who came back. You’re the one who provoked me. You were the one who broke the rules first.” His lips drifted lower, and her whole body shivered. “Miao Jing, you brought this on yourself…”
His tongue swept across her chest, wetly licking her smooth skin. It hooked and slid along the edge of her knit sweater, moving toward the crystal-white, rising slope of her breast. The positioning was lewd and lingering. Chen Yi had been holding back until now; he had long since discarded his moral shackles. It wasn't as if she were someone else, and it wasn't as if he hadn't done this before—he hadn't forgotten the taste. He had been dreaming about it; he couldn't forget it in his dreams.
Miao Jing squeezed her flushed eyes shut, swallowed, and shrank her shoulders, hissing huskily, “Chen Yi, do you believe I’ll call the police?”
“I believe it. You, goddamn it, are the best at sacrificing your own kin for the sake of justice.” He lifted his head from her chest, seeing her face look dazed and ravishing, her flushed, clear eyes swimming with moisture. He let out a low, hoarse laugh, the tip of his tongue lazily sweeping over his gums. He released the two hands behind her back, took out his phone, and held it in front of her, raising an eyebrow. “Go ahead and call. Let the police come and arrest me, send me to prison. Let Lu Zhengsi know… oh, by the way, does he know we’ve kissed and slept together before?”
The remark was too insolent. Miao Jing’s expression darkened; she stiffened her face and turned her head away, jaw set.
Chen Yi stared at her without blinking, a hint of bitterness in his heart, yet he pretended to be nonchalant, leisurely wrapping both hands around her waist. “I’m not doing anything else. Didn't you say I was sick? I just want to kiss you. Kissing isn't against the law.”
He blinked slowly, his body pressing closer to hers. With his forehead pressed against her cheek, his voice was seductive. “Miao Jing… shall we kiss? Let’s just kiss, and I’ll let you go back? Otherwise, we can just sit here in the car all night, hmm?” He reached out a finger, forcefully turning her stubborn yet soft face back to face him. He made her meet his gaze, their eyes entangled, foreheads touching, noses rubbing, before he smiled slightly—a look seemingly filled with endless, lingering tenderness.
Miao Jing’s heart pounded wildly, her lips trembled, her throat felt dry, and she felt completely numb.
“Like before…” he whispered silently, his tone ethereal and shallow. “We lay on the bed and kissed…”
“I won’t—”
She put up a final, futile resistance—a paper tiger with no bite. Before her words could finish, her cherry lips were already engulfed by his. Her long lashes flickered, and she quietly closed her eyes.
Their lips stuck together. At first, it was a gentle, pecking suck, docile and peaceful, devoid of threat. It was light and soft. After a moment of lingering, his tongue pried open her slightly parted teeth, sliding in like a fish in water. It was wet, soft, and smooth, meticulously sweeping and teasing along her teeth, pressing down to the very depths. As his tongue turned, it teased and stroked her sensitive palate. Miao Jing’s heart fluttered with a tingling itch. She struggled twice, but Chen Yi circled her back with his arms, pressing her tightly against his body. Their warm body temperatures transferred endlessly through their clothes. He held her so tightly it was as if he wanted to merge her into himself. The young man’s aura was rich and potent, the scent of tobacco mixed with the clean smell of his skin—spicy, with a hint of faint bitterness and coolness. It was more intense and real than in her memories. She was enveloped within it, like the hazy, relaxed feeling of being slightly tipsy, yet scorched and curled by the continuous, melancholic lingering notes of his presence, until she could hardly bear it.
Miao Jing seemed unable to handle it and grabbed his collar, wanting to retreat. Suddenly, the movements inside her mouth grew intense. Chen Yi sucked and teased her tongue-tip forcefully, the intensity increasing, chasing and playing, entangling and biting her small, clove-like tongue. His tongue stiffened, pressing against the surface of hers as he pumped in and out of her mouth, striking her cheeks and palate. Saliva ran from the corners of her lips; the moist, smacking sound of their kissing was lewd and vivid. The two large hands on her back pressed tighter and closer, with all ten fingers appearing to have a mind of their own, caressing and kneading her back. Every bone and muscle in his body was pressing down on hers, forcing her slender waist to grind against his surging body. His firm hips swayed in small arcs, thrusting and rubbing against her sensitive spots, causing her buttocks to knock against the steering wheel with a rhythmic thump-thump.
Their breathing was like a raging fire. Chen Yi’s head was buzzing; he was acting entirely on his body’s instructions. Miao Jing felt as if her entire body had been ground into pieces by him. His clothes and bones rubbed against her skin and body in every possible way, leaving her flushed, sore, and damp. Finally, unable to bear it any longer, she raised her hand and gave him another loud slap across the face.
Only then did Chen Yi snap back to reality.
Realizing his excessive actions, he opened his manic, dark eyes to see Miao Jing’s face flushed red as if dripping with blood, her eyes filled with indignation. He sheepishly released her from the deep kiss, a silvery thread of saliva stretching between their lips. He let out a long, dry breath, spread his arms and legs against the back of the seat, and closed his eyes to rest for a few moments. He grinned, and when he opened his eyes again to see her red lips and starry eyes moist and alluring, his heart felt both sweet and itchy. He took her flushed fingers and brought them to his lips to lick and kiss.
“Haven’t seen you in years, and you’ve learned to hit people. You’ve slapped me twice now. Does it hurt?”
“Take me back.” Miao Jing frowned deeply, her chest heaving violently. “Take me back to the company.”
Chen Yi smiled again, his expression wild and rogue. He desperately needed relief; his entire body felt scorched, like a raging bonfire. Suppressing his patience, he pushed Miao Jing to the side, ignoring her dark, irritated expression, and opened the car door to step out.
Outside, the rain had subsided slightly. Chen Yi shut the car door and glanced down at his crotch, which was nearly bursting. He couldn't bring himself to jerk off on the side of the road. With his long arms and legs, he leaned against the car body and tilted his head back. Only when the cold rain washed over him did he feel the fire begin to retreat and his body gain some relief.
He rubbed his face with both hands to wipe away the raindrops. Chen Yi reached into his pocket for a cigarette, lifted the edge of his trench coat to create a dry space with his head and shoulders, and lit it. The lighter’s flame was weak, but he eventually managed to light the cigarette. Chen Yi took greedy, deep puffs, squinting through the gap in the window to see Miao Jing—she had curled her knees up in the passenger seat, her clothes disheveled, her exposed skin flushed pink. She stubbornly turned her head toward the car window, but the black glass reflected her alluring face, her half-hidden eyes silently meeting his.
Chen Yi grinned again.
After finishing the cigarette, he was completely calm. With his body damp, he climbed back into the car, started the engine, and spoke in a voice that suggested he was far from finished.
“Going home?”
“Back to the company.”
“Not taking your things?”
“I’ll buy new ones.”
The car turned back onto the main road, heading toward Miao Jing’s company.
Most of Chen Yi’s body was soaked through; water was dripping from his hair, the corners of his clothes, and his fingertips. Miao Jing sat curled in the passenger seat, sensing the dampness beside her, and parted her lips: “Drop me off on the side of the road. Go back yourself… and take a shower and change.”
“Then why don’t you come back with me?” He curled his lips and said softly, “I’ll take you to the company tomorrow morning.”
“No!”
He laughed again, his eyes pitch black.
“Things are already like this today.” Chen Yi thought for a moment, his tone casual, somewhere between sincere and teasing. “I’m a loner now, and that naive kid Lu Zhengsi doesn't have much of a brain… Miao Jing, how about we have an affair?”
Miao Jing’s lips twitched, her fine brows knit tightly together. Her expression couldn't be called gloomy, but it was certainly cold and aloof. Her cherry lips were tightly pressed together.
The car stopped at the entrance of the company. She got out and slammed the door shut with a cold, resounding thud that was startling. She didn't say a single word. Her back was proud and cold as she walked toward the company without looking back.
Chen Yi rolled down the window and watched her graceful figure from afar through the rain.
